Terms and Conditions of Service – Just.a.Game (JAG)
Service Provider: MGA SRLS, VAT IT04723310985, Via Corsica 20, 25065 Lumezzane (BS), Italy.
1. Subject of Service
JAG is a social platform for athletes that provides:
- Professional athletic profiling and networking.
- AI-powered biomechanical video analysis.
- Cloud storage for sports performance content.
- Reward systems including $JAG tokens and blockchain-verified achievements (NFTs).
2. Access and Minors
Invitations: Access is granted via a unique code from an existing member to ensure network quality.
Minimum Age: Users must be at least 14 years old.
Parental Consent: Users under 14 require authorization from a legal guardian. The guardian assumes full responsibility for in-app purchases and indemnifies JAG from unauthorized transactions.
3. Content License & AI Analysis
By uploading videos, you grant JAG a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Analyze the content via Artificial Intelligence to provide performance feedback.
- Use anonymized data for algorithm training and research.
- Share performance metrics with verified scouts/partners if the user enables “Scouting” mode in their settings.
4. Digital Assets & Payments
In-App Purchases: All subscriptions (Cloud) and $JAG tokens purchased within the mobile app are processed through Apple/Google native payment systems.
NFTs: Digital collectibles on the Polygon blockchain may be available. These are external assets; their value and transfer are subject to blockchain network conditions.
5. Referral & Mining Rules
$JAG mining is an incentive for network growth (Referrals). JAG reserves the right to suspend accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, including the creation of fake accounts to exploit the 7-level referral system.
6. Liability & Conduct
JAG provides motion analysis for informational purposes only; it does not replace professional medical or coaching advice. Users are responsible for ensuring they perform physical activities safely.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian Law. Any disputes shall be settled exclusively by the Court of Brescia (BS), Italy.
